Terms of Service
Last updated October 26, 2026
These terms are an agreement between Mack Solutions LLC ("we", "us") and the business that signs up for Yardova ("you"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you sign up for a business, you confirm you're allowed to agree on its behalf.
1. The service
Yardova is software for running a service business: customers and leads, scheduling, quotes, invoices, payments, texting, AI assistance and related tools. We may improve or change features over time. We'll give reasonable notice before removing something important.
2. Your account and your team
- Keep your password private and use a real email address. You're responsible for what happens under your account, including your team members' logins.
- Tell us right away at [email protected] if you think someone got into your account.
- You must be at least 18 and running a real business.
3. Plans, trial and payment
- You can use the Free plan without a card. Paid plans start with a free trial of 30 days, once per company. To start the trial you add a card, and when the trial ends the card is charged for the plan you picked unless you cancel before then.
- Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance to the card on file, through our payment processor (Stripe), until you cancel. Prices are shown on the Billing page. We'll give at least 30 days' notice of price changes.
- You can cancel any time from the Billing page; your plan runs until the end of the period you've paid for. Except where the law requires, payments aren't refundable.
- If a payment fails, we'll let you know and give you time to fix it. If it isn't fixed, we may pause the account until it is. Pausing doesn't delete your data.
4. Your data
The information you and your customers put into Yardova (customer details, jobs, photos, messages, invoices) belongs to you. You give us permission to store and process it only to run and improve the service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export your customer list at any time. You're responsible for having the right to collect and use your customers' information, and for telling them how you use it.
5. Texts, calls and email
Text message program. Businesses that use Yardova (and Yardova itself, for account messages) send text messages to people who asked to receive them. Here is how it works:
- How people agree: on a business's online request form or booking page, next to the mobile number field, there is a checkbox that reads "Yes, text me about my request" with these details. It is never checked in advance, and checking it is not required to get a quote or book service. People can also agree by texting the business first. Team members agree when they give their number to receive their login.
- What we send: replies about the request, quotes, appointment confirmations and reminders, on-the-way notices, invoices and receipts, and account messages such as sign-in links. No marketing texts are sent without separate consent.
- How often: message frequency varies with the request and the service.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
- Stopping: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from that business. You'll get one message confirming you're unsubscribed. Reply START to receive texts again.
- Help: reply HELP for help, or email [email protected].
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- We never sell or share mobile numbers or text-message consent with third parties for their marketing. See the Privacy Policy.
- You'll only text or call people who have agreed to hear from you, and you'll honor opt-outs (for example, someone replying STOP). The service stops texting anyone who opts out.
- You're responsible for following texting and calling laws (such as the TCPA in the US) and carrier rules, including registering your business for texting (A2P 10DLC) where required.
- Texts and calls go through third-party carriers and providers; we can't guarantee every message is delivered.
6. Payments you collect
When you collect money from your customers through Yardova, the payment is processed by Stripe under your own Stripe account and Stripe's terms. You're responsible for your prices, refunds, disputes and taxes. We may charge a platform fee on online payments if shown in your settings.
7. AI features
Yardova uses AI to draft texts, quotes, summaries and answers. AI can make mistakes. Please review what it writes, especially prices and promises, before you rely on it. You can turn automatic AI replies off at any time.
8. Acceptable use
Don't use Yardova to send spam, break the law, harass anyone, upload harmful code, try to get into other accounts, or overload the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
9. Availability and support
We work hard to keep Yardova running and your data backed up, but the service is provided "as is" and may sometimes be unavailable. We aren't responsible for losses caused by things outside our reasonable control.
10. Limits of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or lost-profit damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Ending the agreement
You can stop using Yardova and cancel at any time. We may end or suspend accounts that break these terms. After an account is closed, you have 30 days to export your data before we delete it, except what we must keep by law.
12. Changes and law
We may update these terms and will let you know about important changes. These terms are governed by the laws of Connecticut.
