Privacy Policy
Last updated October 22, 2026
This policy explains what information Mack Solutions LLC collects through Yardova, how it's used, and the choices people have. Yardova is used by service businesses ("our customers") to manage their own customers ("end customers").
Who decides how end-customer information is used
When a business uses Yardova to store its customers' details, that business decides what it collects and why. We process that information for them, on their instructions, to run the service. If you're an end customer with a question about your information, please contact the business you dealt with. We'll help them respond.
What we collect
- Account details: business name, your name, email, phone, password (stored only as a secure scrambled hash), and team members' logins.
- Business records: end customers' names, phone numbers, emails, addresses, notes, jobs, quotes, invoices, messages, call recordings or voicemail transcripts, and answers to online question forms.
- Photos: pictures end customers send with a request, and before/after photos taken by crews. We remove hidden location data from customer photos when they're uploaded.
- Payments: handled by Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers; we keep a record of payments and, for autopay, only the card brand and last 4 digits.
- Time and location of work: clock-in times, and addresses we turn into map locations to plan routes.
- Technical data: a sign-in cookie to keep you logged in, and error reports so we can fix problems. We don't use advertising trackers.
How we use it
- To run Yardova: show your schedule, send the texts and emails you ask it to, take payments, and keep your account secure.
- To provide AI features: relevant details are sent to our AI provider to draft messages, quotes and answers. They aren't used to train public AI models.
- To support you, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet legal duties.
We don't sell personal information.
Who we share it with
Only service providers that help us run Yardova, under agreements to protect it: hosting, Stripe (payments), Twilio (texts and calls), Resend (email), an AI provider, map and address lookup services, and the calendar or lead-source tools a business chooses to connect. We may share information if the law requires it.
Texting
Businesses on Yardova text people who asked to hear from them. Anyone can reply STOP to stop texts from that business, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.
People agree to texts by checking an unchecked box on a business's online request form or booking page (agreeing is not required to get service), or by texting the business first. We keep a record of when and where each person agreed.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message opt-in data and consent are never shared with or sold to anyone else. Phone numbers are only shared with the service providers that deliver the messages (listed above).
How long we keep it
For as long as the business keeps its account. After an account closes, data is deleted within 30 days, and backups roll off within about 2 weeks after that, except what we must keep by law.
Security
We use encrypted connections, hashed passwords, limits on sign-in attempts, private storage for photos, and daily backups. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and will tell affected customers about a breach as the law requires.
Your choices
You can view, correct, export or delete information in your account, or ask us at [email protected]. Depending on where you live (for example California), you may have extra rights, such as knowing what we hold about you or asking us to delete it. We won't treat you differently for using them.
Children
Yardova is for businesses and isn't meant for children under 13.
Changes
We'll post updates here and tell account owners about important changes.
